4 Issues Found:

Mods draftout-1.8.1.jar; draftout-1.8.3.jar seem to be causing this crash.

You likely have too much RAM allocated, which can cause lag spikes.

You should allocate 3400-5600 MB by going to Settings > Java in MultiMC.

Your launcher folder is located on the H:/ drive, which is often an HDD. If so and C:/ is an SSD, consider moving it to C:/ for better performance.
