Update icon for "Obtain Sniper Duel Advancement" goal to include the advancement background

For consistency across the various "obtain advancement" goals "Sniper Duel" and any other outliers should have their goal icons updated to include the advancement background splash for improved visual clarity.

I noticed it's also missing the advancement background on "this boat has legs"
I also think the specific kill methods for breeze and pillager fit better as the advancements "blowback" and "who's the pillager now" since they're both already vanilla advancements.

Or alternatively remove the advancement part for all of them and make all advancement tasks just be descriptions like other tasks. As an example, replace "obtain mob kabob advancement" with "Hit five mobs in the same Charge attack using the Spear" and a large spear icon with the small "kill" and "5" icons on the side.

Either variation is fine but they should be the same for consistency, making them descriptions instead of advancements could be better both for new players and for the issue of the yellow background blocking out whether or not the task is complete.

For breeze tho u can throw a wind charge to kill the breeze, get the goal, and not get blowback

After looking through the goals again I think this is the better option since I noticed they mostly already follow this format and it's more straightforward for people who don't know what the advancement is
1) Goals that have a different title+icon from their vanilla advancement: Find a Stronghold, Enter The End, Enter Nether, Construct an Iron Golem, Obtain Ancient Debris, Obtain Dragon Egg, Use Brewing Stand, Use Enchanting Table, Kill Pillager using Crossbow
2) Goals with different icon: Obtain "Sniper Duel" Advancement, Obtain "This boat has legs" Advancement
3) Goals with different title: Fully charge a Respawn Anchor
4) Goals that match the vanilla title+icon: Obtain "Oh Shiny" Advancement, Obtain "Mob Kabob" Advancement, Obtain "Bullseye" Advancement
