Regional server connection issues cause the world and instance to crash while loading match

I did some research between me and other people in #bug-reports who got this crash and im assuming its related to the regions like Russia and maybe some other
People who get crashed with same log seems to be Russian because of they twitch or discord bio
so i tried to proxying my instance with java args and it didnt work, but then i tried vpn without tunneling and it solved the issue
btw mcsr ranked also have issues with connecting from Russia, but proxying instance works there
i guess its regional server connection issues and cant be fixed without playing with vpn now
devs definitely can say its not their problem, but i think this can be fixed in some way
UPD: it seems disconnecting from the server and crashing are separate issues
firstly, when joining the world you get disconnected due to connecting issues
then, when you try to reconnect and rejoin the world it crashes the game with the same log i sent
vpn is just solving first trouble, but second can be in mod directly and cant be solved if you already got kicked once from the world

Mod draftout-1.8.1.jar seems to be causing this crash.
Your game files are in Program Files. It is generally not recommended, and could cause some issues. Consider moving it to a different location.
Your log has your PC username in it. You might want to delete it.

the game probably shouldn't crash because of internet issues and should at least make it clear what the issue is

as i said playing with vpn on whole pc is working, so its definitely crashing because of server connecting issues causes some bug in mod

ok now its just weird that proxying instance doesnt help, only admins can solve this ig
